#16 Menu glitch

Menu will lock open and cannot be closed if the menu is closed by the ESC key, while the mouse is over a submenu menu.

Reproduce:
- Click "File"
- Hold mouse over "New" (sub-level2-menu opens)
- Press ESC key (menu closes, but sub-level2-menu reopens and locks the modal state)
- Menu cannot be closed, no other actions can be performed
