#153 ideas for reading big pdf files

Hi,

I like to request a new feature for bookr. If you open a
big pdf(20MB) in bookr v0.7.1 it will not display the picture.
If you open a big pdf in bookr v0.7.0, it will display only the first 5 pages, go to page 6 and it will display an error messge.

I have and idea to bypass this problem. Example, if we had a pdf with 100 pages. 100.pdf, split that one 100.pdf to
many pdf file.

1.pdf
2.pdf
3.pdf
4.pdf
.
.
.
100.pdf

load 1.pdf, then when you press on a button it will
automatically load 2.pdf press the button again and it
will load 3.pdf and so on. That way you can view any pdf
no matter how big the pdf file is.
