How to boost MP3 level by 10db?

Hi there,

I have an MP3 file that I'd like to boost the level of by 10db.

Is there a way/plugin to achieve this?
If there's another obvious tool to do this, such as audacity, please just mention it.

OK Duh, I just checked and audacity does what I need...Just found free.ac so it's my new toy :)

Yes, Audacity is just the right tool for that task.

I also like GoldWave, but that's non-free.
