I'm having a bit of trouble with the installation but I suspect a bad burn - I'm doing a full-disc erase and will burn again on ImgBurn, with it set to verity. I couldn't figure out where to put the MD5 in Brasero.
Could I just check there's not a problem with the version I selected? I'm assuming, unless one has over 4GB, it should be the non-PAE version? I trust an incorrect selection isn't the reason for my difficulty … my netbooks have 512MB and 1GB, respectively.
Did I miss a note clarifying this, somewhere on Bodhi's own site, or here, on SourceForge?? If yes, a link would be most appreciated …
If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
It was a bad burn. ImgBurn apparently did a better job, on the same CD-RW disc..
And seems I made the right choice of download.
But, it would be good to have a note, somewhere, to guide inexperienced users, regarding the abbreviations PAE and non-PAE.
