When I compile Bochs with x86_64 and try to use 64bit
OS, it fails:
NetBSD amd64: BTX halts in early init
FreeBSD amd64: the same
Linux Amd64: Goes to APIC Clock setting, then detects
clock as 0.0 MHz and then hangs forever ;-(
Please Fix something to run *BSD or Linux, this would be
my main usage of this emulator (and I think many people
intrested in AMD64 programming, but not having cash for
OPTERON)
By the way, is this code compatible with OPTERON??
because old name of AMD64 was X86-64, are there
some differences that prevent Linux and *BSD from
running
ThanXXXXXXX VERY V E R Y MUCH!

If you have something failed with latest CVS - open new bug
report. At least w/o APIC x86-64 should work.
