In runtime config, when you try to edit the log
settings for different devices, in SMP mode at least,
the cpus and apics appear twice.

Find out under what conditions this problem occurs.
I noticed the problem with Bochs 1.3 SMP.
With current CVS, I haven't seen it happen yet.
Current cvs, uniprocessor: no problem
Current cvs, SMP: no problem

Well, I don't know who or what fixed this problem, but it is
gone in current cvs. I'm closing it now.
