#170 can't change cd image during execution

The config interface lets you change the name of the cd during a run, but it doesn't actually
take effect. The disk change certainly needs to call the equivalent of evaluate_media for a floppy,
and may need to also set the equivalent of a disk changed line.

You can change the cd now with the new cdrom button. The
configuration interface needs to be fixed.

I have fixed media state handling in the config interface.
