Hi! Finally I was able to spent some time for a new release.=20 Here are the changes: * documented the source a little bit for interested developers * now if you enable multiple domains you can limit it to special hosts * fixed various messages parsing bugs (e.g. now accepts mails with attachment but without body and allways recognizes to filename of an attachment) * some visual improvements to the templates=20 (more to come in the next release :-)) * Spanish translation (thanks to Diego Brouard Mart=EDn) * new session management * seperated preferences, adressbook and mailbox into different classes * two fixes in sendmail.py (thanks to Georg Bauer) * Finish translation (thanks to Markku Yli-Pentil=E4) * some important fixes to mimeviewer.py and some other files=20 (sorry lost mail with sender - nevertheless thanks!)=20 And these were the changes to 0.4-5 (never officially announced): * added bouncing=20 * even more clean-ups and modularisation but more to come=20 * improved vcard-support=20 * implemented adressbook=20 * changed design of templates a litte bit, more use of css=20 * some code clean-ups and minor fixes=20 * more modularisation=20 * maxium messages per page in list-view (customizeable via prefs)=20 * named anchor in html-mails now don't cause errors any more=20 * complex vcards are now skipped instead of generating errors=20 * now works with Python version >=3D 1.6=20 * Brazilian Portuguese (pt_BR) translation (thanks to Cristiano)=20 * tollerates multi-part messages without end-marker=20 * BoboMailHTTPD and PCGI work again :-)=20 * "make install" compiles all files to speed up BoboMail=20 Enjoy :-) Henning =20 PS: If you look at the CVS version you will see that I am already working on some nice improvements... =20 =20 |

Hi, I am pleased to announce BoboMail 0.4. In contrast to the last development release I removed the pcgi stuff and added some small security related fixes. Tomorrow I will announce it on Freshmeat, comp.lang.python, Vaults of Parnassus etc. after I updated the homepage.
