#39 Save error on FTP file when server disconnected

Hi,

I like to edit Python files from my FreeBSD server using
Boa/FTP from my desktop box.

When editind an FTP file for a long period without
saving, the server closes (timeout), and saving such file
raises an exception (connection closed).

Boa should create a new FTP session on such
exceptions then save the file as expected.

Yes, this is an issue, there is already some support for this,
but not good enough. I have yet to find an elegant fix for this.

I'm leaving the report open for now, but have moved it to
Feature Requests.
