port for badge4, jornada720, flash fixes additions,
md5 support, misc bug fixes.

This patch includes intial ports for the Hewlett-
Packard Laboratories Bagde 4 and the HP Jornada 720.

Also:

- bug fixes for flash support as well as new flash
commands for locking (fllock, flunlock, flmap).

- call command.

- optional md5 support for downloads.

- additional defines for MDCNFG in memesetup.h

- .uu targets for blob and blob-chain

- misc bug fixes

Status so far:

- badge4 and jornada720 ports are applied
- paramsize applied
- flashimprov partially applied (only the mechanisms), the
other part will be integrated with the partitioning code
- md5, noautoboot, and callcmd will be applied
- uutargets is no longer necessary as soon as the xmodem
support is there
