#2 Does not follow bitcoin URI specs

Scanning a QR code that uses the current proposed version of the URI does not work with this client. The issue is in the "amount" field. According to the spec, 1BTC should be represented in the URI as ?amount=1X8 representing as ?amount=1 is assumed to mean 1X8. This client does not currently work with the 1X8 representation.
