Add simulation for nodes and move the parts from MockCommunication to a new SimulationBidib that is used instead of the Bidib that connects to the real BiDiB interface. This allows to test the BidibCommunication completely.
If mock-mode is active the user can select a node and then click the toolbar icon of the simulation toolbar. This opens the simulator panel for the node.
