#3 suppress warnings in RTF build?

Maybe notices/warnings should be suppressed. The output looked fine, but I got an error on this line, which in my version of BIBFORMAT is :

$pString = join('', $itemArray);

<br /><b>Warning</b>: join() [<a href='function.join'>function.join</a>]: Bad arguments. in <b>myPath/includes/OSBib/format/BIBFORMAT.php</b> on line <b>907</b><br />

Hi Monte,

Apologies -- for some reason the SF 'monitor' function keeps getting turned off so I don't get emails about new tracker items.

I plan to do some more work on OSBib in the next month or two so will be looking at this.
