#11 Improve Excel sheet generation

There should be a possibility of inserting different entity types and creating different sheets within a workbook. This, of course, would mean a lot more than just supplying column values as an output.

For me both the XSSF format for Excel 2007 and the native Open Office Calc format would be very useful.

This is however not an urgent requirement.
