#259 BshClassLoader throwing non useful error

bsh.classpath.BshClassLoader.loadClass(String, boolean)

throwing a ClassNotFoundException when it can't load a
class but does not say which class, identifies the
class as "here in loaClass".

Should put the name of the class in the exception
constructor.
