#14 ifstat broken on Win2008

The ifstat entry is just blank when running on 2008. I haven't tried on 2003, I don't have many left to try on.

Confirming I have also seen this on Win 2008.

We found similar behaviour, after upgrade from BBWin 0.12 to 0.13
