This release comes with new filter system which handles also emoticons.

Emoticons can be imported from GG format or from filter's xml format. Also new tag [url] and some bugfixes are included.

I search some willing developers to help writing tag modules.

First release, contains engine to convert bbcode to html and reverse, there is specified tag format and couple of already created tags.

Emoticon system is quite finished.
