#89 ipchains isn't checked for duing bastill

I installed bastille on a RH6.2 server that had not
had ipchains previously installed on it. It took me a
minute to realize the funky error messages after 1.20
finished asking questions and executed, that
iupchains wasn't installed. Perhaps a quick 'find' or
/sbin/ipchains' check should be inserted to inform
the user that the script won't work, until ipchains
has been isntalled. Or, perhapsBastille should refuse
to accept the 'Yes, Gimme a firewall question' until
such time as ipchains is present on the system.
It could give the user (nebie) a false sense of
security if they don't relize those funky lines gling
across the scree mean that bastille couldn't find
ipchains. (and that ipchains is actually significant,
newbies may not know that!)

You may want to update the Categories above as ther
is not one for firewall, but still is one for Patch
Download which I belive is no longer in the program?
