For some reason, Basilisk II's performance take a really big hit when I use Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS for windows audio output. Sound still plays but the mouse becomes extremely laggy and moves in steps every three to four seconds. The problem diminishes when I lower sound stream priority. I'm guessing that Audigy is causing Basilisk to devote or need too much processing resources for sound output. Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there a way to fix this? This problem goes away when I use on-board audio (Realtek HD audio). Thanks.
