BasicSynth Beta Release

The BasicSynth package has been updated and the release package has been moved to the beta stage. Numerous fixes are included as well as updated and improved documentation of the sound generation library. A Windows MSI installer package is now available along with a Windows help file.

BasicSynth is a library of C++ classes for building a digital sound synthesizer. The source code includes sound generation and processing functions, example synthesis instruments, a text-based music score, and an example command line synthesizer (BSynth).
