#160 Proxying incorrect for MSNv9

AFAICT, ayttm only uses HTTP CONNECT for proxying MSN
connections. This is not the correct method - I do not
know the precise details, but MSNv9 is able to use HTTP
POST and HTTP GET at the proxy server.

This is necessary in many cases as users are restricted
from connecting on certain ports and forced through a
web cache, which will not generally honour HTTP CONNECT
requests.

Hope this can be fixed, then I can use it from work...
