#2 Install fails - out of date components

I am using Windows 2000 SP4. I am logged on with full
admin privileges. I am trying to run the full install.

It fails with a warning that some components are out of
date... I have to 'OK' and reboot to fix. However, next
time I install and re-run setup the same error occurs.

Any ideas?
