#12 Helpers in setting time position into 'Go To Time'
It would be helpful to have ability to add +/- XX secs to the current time in the 'Go to Time' dialog. For example, +/- 30 seconds would be very useful when trying to find the end of commercials when you know the commercials are (usually) around 30 seconds in length.
