#10 open any sequence of jpegs

"Avidemux can also open a stream of uncompressed bmp files (rgb) or a set of jpeg files.
Their name must follow the pattern xx0000.bmp xx00001.bmp (that is :m letters + n digits+.bmp). Change bmp to jpg if it is jpeg."

Instead of making us rename the files, just read them in order of their filenames.
