Yup, just 1/4 of the list but is enough to start , so people let's volunteer to the teams so we can start things

Now what?

Well, we need volunteers to lead each of the subprojects, and we need workers for them also.
So anyone that one to lead one of the those drop an e-mail into the usual mailing list. Some of the subprojects will be subdivided also as 3D engine in the three APIs (DirectX,OpenGL and Allegro. After leaders are set up we can let them recrite the workers, and help with the organization of the subprojects. Don't get frighteened of the lead task , even itf u have no experience leading, I and the other experienced people will help u out, but we need YOU WANT to do it. So go for it.
First tasks in all the subprojects will be requirement and goals description. then Analysis and design, and after that coding and test. That's rougly what I think of it.
I will setting up mailing lists and forums as requiered from them also.

Status

I made this summary from the AVGI list

Main goal off the project:

Learn by making a game. This implies that it doesn't matter if we go
slower than we should if that make learning possible. This obviously has
a limit, we must always progress in the project for its survival

Anything in this list will be reviewed if anyone oppose with this WITH a
solid argument.
