No

Now, when I click on searchbar icon or press Ctrl-K,
I have this (see screenshot - 1.png).
What I wanted to have: when I click on icon or press Ctrl-K
I wanted search box to overlap all the area belonging to URL bar (see 2.png)

I don't think that it's a bug. At least, I don't see that feature in settings. Or ... maybe I missed something in settings?

Sorry, when I opened the 1 picture I thought I saw something else, I must have been a little sleepy. This is in fact not a current feature, but I'm not sure that I want to implement it. There are a number of reasons I can think of but mostly that the logic on when to show and hide the URL bar would be odd. It would be really confusing when not using "shrink to button when full" because there would be awkward when you have no URL bar.

I understand this is not a real solution but if you put the searchbar to the left of the URL bar and set "Use all available width" the URL bar will get pushed off the screen.

Mmm... Maybe, I expressed my thoughts unclear. It doesn't matter shrink to button or not.

The feature is very simple: now when make expanded size as large as possible left border of expanded searchbar does not reach the left border of the url bar (1.png).
I proposed simply to make feature which allows the searchbar to expand in the way when left border of it coincide with left border of the url bar.

Same is for the case when search bar does not shrink to the button: you click on it and it expands covering all the area which url bar takes.

I tried some options: search bar widths -> maximum -> maximum visible size / full size.
First option causes all the buttons to the right go out of the screen. Second one's case you can see on screenshot (2.png).

I should say, this feature is more desirable (cosmetic) to me than needed.
