I would like AUTOrealm to be setup in a different
structure code wise. I have never looked at the code but
by playing(using) it I can immidiately tell that it loads,
Reloads, and reloads everything for everything you do.
Proggrammers probably dont want to go through all of
this trouble but it certainly would increase the number of
downloads! I hate it when you click an object. It Reloads
everything on the map then the object is selected. That
means you probably have branches and when you make
an action it goes to that branch in the code and reloads
everything before the brach pourpose is fullfilled. But im
just carrying on and giving examples. Remember Ive
never looked at the code before.

Actually, reloads isn't quite the term I'd choose. In fact,
AutoRealm simply loads anything once, period. What it sounds
like you are describing is the behavior that, with large
maps especially, it can become slow as it tries to figure
out which object you've clicked on.
And that is something we're working on. There are ways to
improve the overall speed, but those are rather on hold
right now while a major porting/rewriting effort is underway.
Once that is done, performance is just one of the areas to
be addressed. But, I promise you, it will be.
