#10 configure pb on RH8.0
I have a fresh and up2date RH8.0 installation. Running
configure does not detect my tcl & tk distribution. By
the way I have to use the --with-tcl and --with-tk to
specify the /usr/lib directory which we could assume the
standard path to search for the xConfig.sh files.

Yes, the options --with-tcl and --with-tk are required in
every instance. There are so few machines with these in
default locations that I don't think it is worth the effort
to look for these in any default location. However,
configure should probably return an error if these options
are not passed.
