#96 Cantrips not setup according to rules

Cantrips is a skill in itself. The number of skills determine how many cantrips the player can have. It would be better for Cantrips to be a control where the user checks the cantrips they have, not place a rank in a skill, since cantrips are rolled on the skill itself.

Cantrips are now a skill and the cantrips are selected from the Magic Tab.
