#101 editing skill ranks
although I can edit the verbiage and such in the skills, I can't affect the skill rank at all. if I use an XML editor and manually change the rank and associated fields, when I reload the character with autoharp nothing's changed. I'm sure either I'm trying to do something that isn't allowed, or there's a simple reason I'm missing...

I'm sorry but I need more information when it comes to duplicating this bug. I opened a character and tried to add ranks, and was able to add them and save them. Are you changing the type on the Skill tab to something other than "All"? You cannot add ranks to "All" because that's the catch all for all skill rank types. You have to change it to a specific type in order to add a rank. If that's not it, could you walk me through the steps to recreate this bug?
