#54 audiere crashes my application after hours

I get occasional crashes when using Audiere 1.9.4. The crashes happen after hours of runtime, and - apparently - there is no triggering event. In fact, I leave the application running and sometimes it crashes with a "pure virtual function error".
The crashing application plays .mp3, .wav and .ogg files and I use only very basic instructions, e.g.:

OutputStreamPtr Sound1 (OpenSound(device_audiere, "../../sound1.wav", false));
Sound1->setRepeat(false);
Sound1->setVolume(1.f);

// ...

if (event==true)
Sound1->stop();

Crashes happen on a 64-bit PC with Windows 8.1.

Please, can you help me?

Hi, can you attach a stack trace of any kind? What kind of crash is it?
