#10 Plugin dependent on unavailable Solar Eclipse Plugin

The Attrezzo plug in for Eclipse does not work because
it is dependent upon the SolarEclipse plugin
"net.sourceforge.solareclipse.web.ui". This plugin is
not part of the SolarEclipse distribution. Changing
the Attrezzo's plugin.xml file to update the dependency
to "net.sf.solareclipse.ui" allows the plugin to be
accessible. The plugin appears to work, but it is
likely there are problems hidden somewhere.
