#10 Create 0.0.3.1 release for various components

- Bootloader
- fixed booting on non-0 offset machines
- fixed *FS handling slightly (I think)
- Tested on real machines
known issues:
- Up arrow doesn't do exactly what's expected

- mkfs.starfs:
- Fixed minor flaw on non-8k multiple disks
- Allow writing directly to target device, in that case use device for determining size of filesystem
- Tested on real machines
known issues:
- Doesn't appear to allow loading kernel on vmware, unknown cause.

- compressor:
- Fixed boot/nonboot compression scheme mismatch
