when trying to use a multi dict with content 'add en.multi' and 'add fr.multi' (after having installed both languages), the command 'aspell -d enfr.multi -c file.txt' gives the error 'Error: Expected language "fr" but got "en".'

even if I'm trying something impossible, there should be at least a meaningful error message.

Yes you are trying something impossible.

The error message is reasonable. Although it could be better.

I will leave this bug open until I provide a better error message.
