#4 Update to Audacious 3.5 plugin API

Here are the changes necessary for the ASAP plugin to compile against Audacious 3.5. The input plugin API is now much simpler, so a lot of XMMS-era cruft can be removed. Given the significant changes, I don't recommend trying to keep backward compatibility with 3.4 or earlier, at least not in the same C file.

It's now easier to build this plugin on Windows because of removed dependency on glib.
