#6 Unit of Measure

Currently I'm writing a open source winery cellar
management system.
Aria seems to fit well. But it would be nice to have
more UoM's.
Currently it has Stock and Purchanse Unit of Measure.
Wineries typically have those two + need others like
Treatment UoM and Lab Analysis UoM.
Example. They may buy in Each, store in pounds, Add and
treat wine in ounces, and do Lab Analysis in Parts per
Million.
A UoM master would help with conversion factors between
the UoM's
