#93 Allow re-ordering of related links
This patch allows related links to be re-ordered
more quickly.
It is the equivalent of patch #1554641, but applies to
related links instead of file attachments.
On the Related Links editing page, the user can click
the "edit" link, where there is a text field "Move to
position". This allows the user to move the item
directly to a chosen position in the list.
