apb2smf / News: Recent posts

This will be the first beta release.

Features:

- support for boards and posts complete
- users (with PHP script for setting a new pw by the user (other hash)
- private messages
- avatars
- attachtments/uploads
- membergroups (but not rights exept admins)
- polls
- converting internal apb links to smf

I only have to fix two little bugs and write a few more comments and some more doku.

The release 0.3alpha will support most basic functions.
It will convert
- the board struture
- the user database
- the private massage database
- the posts and threads (now in the correct order, there was a bug in earlier versions)

WIP:
-avatars and attachments

not planned:
-support for polls
