#3 rotation and scaling around a point/axis

I think modelling might be easier when the user can
select a point, or even better, an coordinate frame,
around which to rotate or scale objects.

Perhaps the user should be able to set the origin of
an object. This is already possible for splines and
triangle meshes, I think, by moving all point of the
spline, but please correct me if i'm wrong. But this
might be a nice feature for boxes, cylinders, etcetera
too.
