I itnstalled andorra and i tried a demo and i saw

i went to that page but there wasn't any download file

Where can i download that file?

The pngdelphi component was bought by Embacadero and is now included in Delphi 2009 and higher.

Yet, there is a copy of that component in the Andorra 2D package in the "prerequisites" folder.
