#2 testfstream doesn't work

I'm using latest release of OpenAL++ found at
sourceforge and the testfstream example doesn't workl.
This is the execution and the output:

$ ./testfstream thx.ogg
thx.ogg
No OpenAL EAX2.0 extensions available
Aborted

Of course I'm using the original source tree which has
the thx.ogg file, and this file sounds well with
mplayer. I'm trying to add spatialized ogg's to my
application using OpenAL++ and I have exactly the same
problem, when openalpp::FileStream stream(<file>); is
called, the application crashes without letting me
catch any exception.
