1/ The .msi file for AllChars 4.0321 reports an error because, on a non admin account under Windows XP SP2 Pro, it cannot install the software for all users, for lack of adequate permissions. The installer should let user choose between "This user only" and "All users'; the former option will probably work on a non admin account.
2/ Using the .zip additional file solves this problem, but the manual therein is the one for v3.6, complete with old screenshots. At keast, this should be updated.

Apart from that, AllChars is great, specially now that it has moved out of the way of other software that poll for Ctrl and Shift. Keep on the good job!
