#14 Zombie Threads

Killing an Owner application doesn't kill the
associated threads, leaving many zombie threads
occupying Grid resources.

(For example, starting an application to calculate 3000
digits of pi, and then killing the process.)

Improve the samples to prevent this problem. The samples
should be demonstrating "best practices" for using Alchemi.

I guess a first step would be to improve the sample
applications and make them more friendly towards the Manager
by calling GApplication.Dispose completes one way or another.
