aivas stands for Artificially Intelligent Virtual Assistance System (url below). We intend to create a learning engine for learning behavior patterns based on misterhouse (url below) usage, and then translate that data into control of the misterhouse automation system.

Since mh is based on Perl, and Perl has other uses for me, I'll have to learn Perl, at least enough to write the code file for misterhouse to send data to the rrd files for object states. Based on this decision, I'm learning perl now, so don't expect any code to be published for at least a few weeks.... read more
