#7 Ignoring moved files.

If aide database is updated nightly it could be useful
for /var/log to have an ability to match files by their
Inode value and not by their names. This will eliminate
noise produced by logrotate work.

The following patch introduces 'I' rule into config
file which will make files to be compared based on
their inode value if they are not matched based on name.
