I'm using Adminer full (i.e. supporting other DB systems, not only MySQL) with "login-servers" and if I'm not mistaken, when this plugin is enabled, it hides "System" selector and thus allows connection to only MySQL database.
Can someone confirm this? Is this a bug or feature? If bug, then what is causing it -- plugin or core Adminer? And whom should I contact to get a fix to this?

It's a misfeature. There are some user contributed plugins doing this now.
