Please discuss here topics about Adminer support for other databases systems than MySQL (currently PostgreSQL, SQLite, MS SQL and Oracle).

I would LOVE to see adminer editor work for Access databases. Even if it's limited to mdb's in the same folder !

I am not going to implement this. Volunteers can find a good MS Access SQL reference at http://office.microsoft.com/access-help/CH010072899.aspx.

It would be just great to see the mongodb support.

I don't personally plan adding MongoDB support but I would accept a good implementation. You can start by reading instructions at http://www.adminer.org/en/drivers/.

I can only find a Windows-Only MS-SQL driver on the microsoft site. I was only able to find a PostgreSQL driver as a package on Ubuntu.

Please explain exactly, how to install MS-SQL and Oracle drivers (with download urls etc.) on Linux (Ubuntu). Maybe you should put a link to your explanation on the project home page, as it is the first thing people are going to stumble upon, if they try to use adminer with MS-SQL or Oracle.

Please consult PHP Manual OCI8 and MSSQL.

Hi Jakub, you're thinking of adding support MariaDB database?
    https://mariadb.com

Is there any particular MariaDB feature that is missing? Or doesn't
Adminer work with MariaDB at all? I though that it should be binary
      compatible with MySQL.

Any update on whether Adminer works with MariaDB. I get "Invalid database" running current Adminer, and this message does not appear when connecting to an MySql database.

Adminer works for me with the current MariaDB version (5.5.5-10.0.13-MariaDB) without any problems.
