#382 Plugin to name foreign keys.

Would it be possible to add option to name foreign keys through plugin?
Perhaps in similar way dumpFilename() is done.

It might be related to item in todo.txt

The biggest problem with editing the foreign key name is that MySQL doesn't allow keeping the same name in one ALTER TABLE and executing two ALTER TABLEs is slow.
