Have a table with BLOBs, tiny ones - no more than 30Kb
Problem - Adminer does long INERTS with thousands of VALUES in single querry, buuut that makes MySQL server say "MySQL server has gone away"
For instance - PHPMyAdmin does shorter queries and doing alright

Statement - would be nice to have shorter INSERTS with fever VALUES or give opportunity to tune in a DUMP

What is your size of MySQL variable max_allowed_packet? Adminer assumes that it is at least 1 MB.
