Help seting up a new client

I posted this in Posterita's own help forum but since I see some movement here let me post it here and hope for some help.

Situation: I have Adempiere installed and running. I can login as system and when I go into posterita I see Garden world. When I clicked on it there was an error as below

I got into Posterita/Client.do but when I tried setting up a client by filling the form in the window it gives an error saying

Could not create client with the details provided.
Please contact POSterita (info@posterita.org) for support.
Cause:Could not create client 

So here I am once again trying to see if I would get some help.

Which version of Adempeire?
Which version fo JDK?
Which DB and version?
Which operating system?

Please provide more information.
And please do not triple post the same question if you want to get any help.

Adempiere 3.42 using the windows installer.
Postgre 8.2 and Java 6
Windows Vista OS
Firefox browser.

Can you also tell where I have to look for the garden world database? If I set up a new client where it will be in the drive?
